Don Partch joined Realty Executives in 2006 after spending thirty seven years in the automobile business. The prior fifteen years to Realty Executives were spent as a Dealer Operator / General Manager for one of the largest Cadillac Dealerships in the Western United States, owned by Sonic Automotive, which is a Fortune 300 Company and one of the largest retailers in the country. Prior years were spent as President / General Manager with the largest automotive retailer in Glendale, Arizona.

In 2007, Don was awarded the "Rookie Of The Year" with Realty Executives for outstanding sales performance and client satisfaction. In 2007 - 2022 Don was in the Top Five percent of all Realtors for total sales performance. He is very grateful to all his Staff, Family, Fellow Executives, and clients for their support and is looking forward to assisting all his clients in 2023 and beyond. Serving Arizona since 2006.

Monica Partch joined Realty Executives in 2012. She is currently working with the ERN Referral Network. Monica works with Don in marketing and advertising in addition to referrals. Monica's background includes membership services in the golf industry, plus past food and beverage experience. Monica is very active at The Club at Westbrook Village in Peoria AZ and enjoys pickle ball, golf, hiking, spending time with family, water aerobics and has served on numerous committees over the years.
